Research suggests that drinking 8 to 10 cups of water each day could boost your cognitive performance by up to 30%.

If you can’t understand why your friends look younger than you, it could be because they only drink water. Drinking water can help to decelerate aging as your skin is adequately hydrated. Drinking plenty of water can help to keep your skin moisturized, plump and wrinkle free. It can also help to maintain your muscle tone.

There is a Slovakian Proverb that says “Pure water is the first and foremost medicine” and this is no exaggeration. Water acts as a catalyst to renew body functions, supporting the performance of your kidneys and liver. There is strong evidence that drinking plenty of water improves joint flexibility as the cartilage supports smooth movement, while there is some research to suggest that some sodas can trigger inflammation that can cause problems, particularly those with problem joints.
